Plant Spirit Medicine uses Classical Chinese Medicine to diagnose the root of the patients physical & emotional challenges, whilst drawing on ancient shamanic techniques to deliver the medicine offered by the plant spirits. The plant spirits show themselves & the medicine they have to offer the individual practitioner through shamanic journeying. It is a gentle & non invasive form of healing that works on a deep emotional & spiritual level.

It is a combination of these stretches & the manipulation of energy points & consequently the energy flow in the body that create this unique healing system.
